During your initial visit, we embark on a journey together. We take the time to understand your unique experiences, the challenges you may be facing, and any difficulties you’ve encountered. Together, we will collaborate on crafting a comprehensive, holistic treatment plan tailored specifically to you. It’s about your well-being and the support we can provide.

This assessment duration is recommended for individuals with complex psychiatric backgrounds, those who have tried multiple medications without success, those experiencing psychiatric issues related to conditions like chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, long covid, or chronic pain.
Just like the 40 minute consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your story and answer your questions. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include lab tests, nutrition advice, activity recommendations, sleep guidance, therapy, supplements, and, if necessary, medications.
We may also ask for your permission to work alongside your primary care provider, specialists, or your therapist. Rest assured, there are no additional costs for this coordination of care and documentation during our initial consultation. It’s all part of our commitment to your well-being

The 25-minute visit is ideal for addressing specific concerns, as well as for follow-ups on medication or supplement management. During this visit, we will carefully track your progress.

During this 55-minute session, we will address your psychological concerns designed to support your well-being and use therapeutic techniques to work toward your personal growth goals.

We are currently holding all sessions via telehealth, and we are accepting new patients in Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, and Washington State.
We are trained in several evidence-based psychotherapy modalities and we weave them into our practice, whether we’re doing medication management, integrative psychiatry, or working on lifestyle and habit change. We draw from mindfulness-based approaches and Buddhist psychology, mind-body interventions, CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), and have specialized training in trauma interventions such as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).
