Health Care Provider

I’m a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in behavioral health, working with children, teens, and adults. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. My goal is to meet you where you are, collaborate on realistic goals, and help you build the tools you need to manage your mental health with confidence. I believe treatment works best when it’s a team effort, and I’m committed to being a supportive partner throughout your journey.

Clients often describe my style as real, relatable, and down-to-earth. I’m nonjudgmental and approachable, and I work to make sure you feel comfortable from the very beginning. I listen closely to what’s really going on in your life, and together we’ll find the best path forward—whether that includes therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches. I take time to explain things clearly, check in regularly, and make sure you never feel rushed or overlooked.

In our first session, I’ll take time to understand your full story—not just your symptoms, but your life experiences and what matters most to you. We’ll go through your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. From there, we’ll build a plan that fits your needs, whether that includes medication, therapy, or skill-building strategies. I keep things structured but flexible so we can adjust as needed and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
