Ariful is the IT Director at Applied Behavioral Holistic Health. He is also in charge of all staff, including the front and back office staff, reception and office staffs. He has over 10 years of experience in IT and customer service, and he is passionate about providing the best possible service and support to the patients and the providers. He is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, software, and security of the company, as well as overseeing the customer service operations, policies, and training. He is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency, quality, and satisfaction of the service delivery. He is also skilled in web development, graphic design, and digital marketing, and he helps to create and maintain the company’s website and social media presence.
Ariful has a diploma degree in computer science and engineering. He has also completed several certifications and courses in IT and customer service, such as Computer Networking, Cisco Certified Network Associate, and Customer Service Excellence.
