Grace Kyei T. PMHNP-BC

Health Care Provider

My background as a nurse for more than a decade has given me the privilege of caring for people in many different stages of health and healing. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in working with individuals living with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more. My goal is to provide care that is not only clinically sound but also compassionate and individualized, helping each client feel seen, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey.

Mental health care works best when it feels like a partnership. Clients who work with me can expect a space that is welcoming, nonjudgmental, and centered on open communication. I value honesty and curiosity, and I encourage clients to bring their whole selves into our sessions. Together, we will build trust and work at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you.

Our first few sessions will focus on getting to know you, your history, strengths, and goals for care. From there, we’ll create a plan that may include medication management, therapy support, and practical strategies for daily life. Follow-up visits are designed to check in on progress, make thoughtful adjustments, and ensure you always feel supported. My approach is steady, structured, and flexible, so your treatment can adapt as your needs evolve.
